As in all things, timely communication is key. If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible. If you have paid in full and have to cancel, we will do our best to fill your space. If we can, we will refund you the balance minus the non-refundable deposit.
Full payment for all workshops is due 30 days before the first day of the workshop. If we do not receive full payment 30 days before the first day of the workshop, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and give your space to someone else.
We are happy to help you figure out travel and make suggestions about where to stay but we cannot make bookings for you. Nor can we issue refunds or make price adjustments if you have to leave the workshop early or arrive late. However, as frequent travelers ourselves, we know how frustrating it can be, and we know that things can always go wrong. Please consider opting for travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes.
