The fine print

Below is our cancellation policy. I wish we didn’t need to have one, but we’ve found from past experience that as we get closer to the date of the event, it gets harder to find people to fill cancellations. To keep our prices as low as they are right now we can’t afford to have empty rooms. So here it is:

The $850 deposit to reserve your space is non-refundable. Final payment due on June 1, 2013. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation. After June 1, 2013 the balance is non-refundable unless we can find someone to fill your space.

There are no refunds for leaving the retreat early or arriving late. Likewise, should you choose to opt out of any part of the activities, there shall be no refund of any part of your registration fee.

Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. Please consider travel insurance to protect yourself against changes in your circumstances.
