is the audio of “Advice Column No. 3,” posted on Soundcloud. I haven’t mastered the whole rss/podcasting process yet, so i just keep posting these audio files here.

I was thinking, what can I play on guitar to put with this, and of course “Amazing Grace” came to mind so in the intro and interspersed throughout i play those big sad notes on the gibson with lots of overdrive.

As to the subject–grief, global and personal–I dove down pretty hard and pretty deep but I’m back on the surface and breathing normally already, metaphorically speaking of course … and very happy to have begun this weekly column and audio post.
