Why? Because if you WRITE TO ME NOW, chances are good that I will answer your letter for publication.
So, if something’s bugging you, if something’s on your mind, if you are in some kind of quandary or emotional pain or just thinking really hard about some problem, however strange (the stranger the better!) then Write to me at [email protected].
Here is a little background. For 12 years I wrote the advice column on Salon.com called “Since You Asked”. Salon was a popular site and my column was a popular column so I got lots of letters. Tons of letters! Thousands of letters! Now, not so much. So if you write to me right now your chances of HAVING YOUR LETTER ANSWERED are very good!
There were always a few rules and there still are. The first rule is that all the letters I answer I presume to be true. The second rule is that it’s all anonymous. I have never made up a letter. I have never answered a letter I believed to be a fake. Nor have I ever knowingly revealed the identity of a letter writer. I’m quite serious about this. It’s a point of honor. And trust.
